What we’re learning this week:
Tonight we will be taking a look at the story of Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead! We will unpack the story with a bit of context, in hopes to see the beauty of it! Jesus gives Lazarus life! We will then spend some time looking at how Jesus can give life to us as well. We will dig into the wages of sin, and see how we all are dead to sin! But, Jesus gives life! So we will answer the question: how do I receive that life? - You believe!
Bottom Line: Jesus has the power to give life!

Was there anything new you learned about Jesus tonight?
Sounds like the verse you ended with was John 3:16, that is a great one to memorize! Do you remember it? Were you able to unpack it a bit? Do you understand it? (help them articulate their faith)

We are encouraging our students to bring a physical bible to Lifeline this year! We’re going to be more intentional about opening it up and reading for ourselves as we walk through a teaching. If you our your student need assistance getting a bible, don’t hesitate to talk with our staff!
