What we’re learning this week:
As we begin our January Series called “Bible Study”, we start with a big question: What can the Bible do? What is the Bible supposed to do in the life of a believer? Why is it so important that we read it to grow? Students will be reminded of the power of God’s Word and encouraged to build a habit of reading it!
Bottom Line: God’s Word can move you towards Jesus.

Small Group Time:
Coming out of an important Snow Camp weekend, we want to capture the energy from that experience and encourage students to dive into the Bible! Make the conversation practical and set some goals!
1. In a sentence or two, how would you describe your relationship with the Bible?

A. I haven’t made the time to read the Bible.
B. I am too confused by the Bible.
C. I just don’t see it as important to my everyday life.
3. Has reading the Bible ever caused your heart to have affection for Jesus? Explain
4. What word or two would you want to describe your relationship to the Bible by the end of this year?
5. Choose one of these goals for yourself this week...
A. Read the Bible.
B. Read the Bible more consistently.
C. Read the Bible more intentionally and prayerfully.
