November 23
What we’re learning this week:
This week is our “Prayer Night”. We will be walking through various different times of prayer and spiritual practices. When we slow down and turn our attention to people and things outside of ourselves, we are better able to see God’s glory and praise him through our time of prayer.
Bottom Line: When we set our minds on things above, we pray bringing God Glory.
Scripture: 2 Corinthians 3:18, Colossians 3:2
Small Group Time:
This week in small group, we want to reflect on our night of prayer and all the things we experienced on our prayer walk. Use this time to be open and honest about what obstacles or struggles we face when praying.
How was this night of prayer? Were there any obstacles or uncomfortable moments you had?
How often do you pray? What helps you to stay focused when you do pray?
What does it mean for you to “pray without ceasing” in your every day life? How can we as a group grow more comfortable with praying throughout our day?
Have you had any prayers recently that you have seen God answering? In what ways have you noticed his Faithfulness?
As a group, let’s popcorn prayer for the rest of small group time. You can lift up your own prayer requests, or prayers for others.

We are setting aside a whole night of Lifeline to pray together!
