March 9 - High School
What we’re learning this week:
It’s one on one night! This is a night dedicated to students’ leaders taking a few minutes to connect, share, and pray together. During this night, students will have the opportunity to share a bit of what’s going on in their lives and the leader will listen, ask questions, and pray for them! The rest of the night is dedicated to hanging out with the greater HS Lifeline community at their campus.
Bottom Line: Your leader is here to care for you.
Scripture: 1 Thessalonians 2:8
Small Group Time:
There will not be any small group time tonight! Here are the questions that we encourage you to go through with your students during a 1-1 conversation. The speed of the conversation will vary based on how many students are in attendance!
If you were to describe this season of your life in one word, what would that word be and why?
Is there anything with your faith or life that you want my help with?
How can I pray for you during this season?
Let the student know how much you love having them in the group.
Pray for the student
Next week preview:
How do you grow as a follower of Jesus? How can I prioritize God instead of worldly things? How can I overcome temptation in my life? These are among the many questions that were asked when we surveyed students in January. During this series, we are going to get practical by showing students how their faithful pursuit of Jesus day by day can put them in position to live the life God has called them to live.
